JEE Advanced 2025: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur will close the registration process for JEE Advanced 2025 today May 2, 2025. Candidates who have not applied yet should apply as soon as possible by visiting the official website (). The last date for submission of the application fee has been fixed as May 5, 2025, till 5 pm.

The Joint Entrance Examination JEE Advanced 2025 will be conducted on May 18, 2025. The exam will have two papers - Paper 1 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and Paper 2 from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm, in which all candidates must appear. The admit card for the exam will be released on May 11, 2025. The provisional answer key can be released by 10 am on May 26, while the final answer key and result are likely to be declared on June 2, 2025.

Who can apply?

Candidates applying for this should appear for the first time in class 12th (or equivalent) examination in 2024 or 2025 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.

Applicants should be born on or after 1 October 2000. SC, ST, and Divyang candidates are given five years of age relaxation, i.e. these candidates should be born on or after 1 October 1995.

Application fees for Indian and foreign candidates
Talking about the fee for Indian citizens for JEE Advanced 2025, female candidates (all categories), SC, ST and Divyang candidates, and female and general-disabled candidates of OCI/PIO (I) category will be charged Rs 1600. At the same time, a fee of Rs 3200 has been fixed from the general category open and OCI / PIO (I) category open candidates.

The fee for foreign nationals varies depending on their residence status. Foreign candidates living in SAARC countries will be charged US $ 100, while foreign candidates living in non-SAARC countries will be charged US $ 200. This fee structure is mandatory for all candidates at the time of application.
