India’s key indices, the Nifty and Sensex, bounced back on Thursday after a one-day pause, supported by gains in IT, metal, and pharma stocks. The broader Nifty ended at 25,181.80, rising 135.65 points or 0.54%, while the Sensex settled at 82,172.10, declining 398.44 points or 0.49%.

TCS
Indian IT bellwether Tata Consultancy Services on Thursday reported a 1.4% growth in its Q2 net profit at Rs 12,075 crore versus Rs 11,909 crore in the year ago period. The profit after tax (PAT) is attributable to the shareholders of the company and was below Street's estimates of Rs 12,573 crore. The revenue from operations stood at Rs 65,799 crore, up 2.4% over Rs 64,259 crore posted in the corresponding quarter of the last financial year. The company announced a second interim dividend of Rs 11 per equity share which will be paid on Tuesday, November 4, 2025. The company has set the record date on October 15, 2025.

Tata Elxsi
Tata Elxsi, a design led technology services provider reported a profit after tax (PAT) of Rs 155 crore in Q2FY26 which was down 33% YoY and up 7.2% QoQ. The revenue from operations in the reported quarter stood at Rs 918.1 crores, up 2.9% QoQ while down 4% YoY. The revenue from the US grew 7.9% QoQ.

Sammaan Capital
Avenir Investment RSC, along with IHC Capital Holding LLC have together proposed an open offer to acquire up to 34,17,54,286 fully paid-up equity shares of Sammaan Capital, each having a face value of Rs 2, representing 26% of the expanded voting share capital of the target company.

Waaree Renewable Technologies
Shares of Waaree Renewable Technologies are expected to remain in focus on Friday as the company will announce its September quarter earnings. Its shares ended 7% up on Thursday on the BSE at Rs 1,110.35.

Signature Global
Gurgaon-based Realty developer Signature Global has received approval from the debenture committee to raise up to Rs 875 crore through non-convertible debentures on a private placement basis, according to a regulatory filing on Thursday. In June, company’s board had approved the raising of funds by issuance of secured listed redeemable NCDs.
