The film features Pawan Kalyan in the lead as OG, a former underworld figure who resurfaces in Bombay in 1993 after being missing for a decade, setting out to challenge his long-standing nemesis, the crime boss Omi Bhau, portrayed by Emraan Hashmi. Alongside them, the cast also includes Priyanka Mohan, Arjun Das, Sriya Reddy, and Prakash Raj in significant roles.
The project was publicly announced in December 2022, with shooting commencing in April 2023 across locations in Mumbai. Despite these setbacks, filming eventually wrapped up in July 2025. The technical crew boasts music scored by Thaman S, visuals captured through the combined efforts of cinematographers Ravi K. Chandran and Manoj Paramahamsa, and final editing executed by Naveen Nooli.
