Mumbai, October 6: TRU Realty has launched Spectrum Life, a premium residential project in Santacruz, Mumbai, with an expected revenue of over ₹200 crore by 2030. Developed in collaboration with Shrem Group, the project is being built on a rare freehold plot on Relief Road , close to the upcoming Bandra-Versova Sea Link.
Spread over half an acre, Spectrum Life will feature two towers housing 50 luxury units, including 2, 3, and 4 BHK configurations, with prices starting at ₹2.92 crore. Key amenities include a 5,000+ sq. ft. sky garden, a 2,000 sq. ft. multipurpose hall, a 1,600 sq. ft. gym, a two-level basement, and the largest residential swimming pool in the area. Possession is expected by 2028.
“With Spectrum Life, we’re catering to buyers who see their homes as lifestyle statements,” said Sujay Kalele, CEO, TRU Realty.
The launch aligns with rising demand for premium housing in Maharashtra. A recent JLL–NAREDCO report shows that luxury homes (₹1–5 crore) accounted for 59% of new launches in 2025, up from 43% in 2022.
