A familiar face from is stepping away for good, confirming that her final appearance on the reality series has already aired. Lauren Sintes, who joined the show back in 2023, has decided to exit after two drama-filled years.
Upon her debut, Lauren described herself as, “super sassy, can be dramatic and can’t wait to join the show.” But in a candid update to fans, the 29-year-old revealed she’s ready to close this chapter of her life.
“There’s a lot going on, online,” she began in a heartfelt video. “I want to start by saying that my time on the show has come to an end, and some people might be very happy to hear that, some people maybe not.” She added that she’s “happy and sticking by [her] decision."
Lauren admitted she had second thoughts about even returning for the latest season. “Looking back, I should’ve stuck to my gut decision and not done it because I think my frustration with many people on the show definitely came out,” she said. “I took a break from the show because it was so draining for me."

Known for speaking her mind, Lauren reflected: “I will admit, I’m not really the quiet girl or that nonchalant and if I don’t agree with someone I will say it and I think that is my strength and my weakness.”
Her departure prompted an outpouring of support. Jazz Saunders wrote, “I love you so much my girl,” while Junaid Ahmed added: “Absolutely loved watching you on Chelsea!! So sad to see you go.”
Lauren also addressed online trolling and “mean girl behaviour,” alluding to social media harassment by a fellow castmate. “I am going to end this here, I know I came in hot and I’m leaving hot,” she said.
“Everyone’s entitled to feel how they feel and not everyone can like you but to those who have messaged me and been so sweet and lovely and can read between the lines, thank you, I love you guys.”
Throughout her time on the show, Lauren was never far from conflict - including a recent spat with cast member Zeyno Taylan.
Lauren is half French/half English and had a very international upbringing due to her dad’s career in the hotel industry. She went to international school in Malaysia, Indonesia and then Mauritius, where she spent most of her childhood. She then travelled to Bangkok, Cape Town, and then Barcelona for high school, and then London where she has been based ever since.
Before her stint on Made In Chelsea, Lauren was modelling for eight years, and during her career has modelled for brands including Boohoo, ASOS and PrettyLittleThing.
