The Celebrity Traitors has seen its first contestant banished aftera ruthless roundtable showdown and another murdered moments later.
Last week, Claudia Winkleman and her iconic fashion sense made a triumphant return to the Scottish highlands, alongside 19 celebrities all vying to deceive their way to a £100,000 prize.
The nation fell in love with the civilian series when it first aired in 2022, and now the beloved murder mystery gameshow is back and better than ever.
From Alan Carr's dramatic reveal to fellow Traitors Cat Burns and Jonathan Ross in the tower, Charlotte Church digging her own grave, and Clare Balding's disastrous error in the first challenge, this series is set to surpass all expectations with an A-list cast.
This year's line-up also includes Celia Imrie, David Olusoga, Joe Marler, Joe Wilkinson, Kate Garraway, Lucy Beaumont, Mark Bonnar, Nick Mohammed, Niko Omilana, Ruth Codd, Stephen Fry, Tameka Empson and Tom Daley, reports the Daily Record.
After Paloma Faith became the first celebrity murdered, following Alan almost crumbling while delivering the ultimate betrayal in broad daylight, one contestant was voted out at the roundtable.
Suspicions had been rising among the stars as they began to turn on one another, with last week's cliffhanger leading us to believe either Niko or Kate would be banished.
Ultimately, Niko was voted out, with a series of compliments on how he'd make an "excellent" Traitor, leaving Jonathan, Cat and Alan to go unnoticed.
Revealing himself as a Faithful, Niko said: "I can't believe I'm out so quickly, but it's been an honour getting to know every single one of you."
Viewers were furious at his banishment, with one writing: "I dislike this season already this feels so unfair I wanted Niko to winnnn :(((("
"Gutted for Niko and I don't even know who he is...," another said.
Someone else wrote: "Justice for Niko!!!!! They've legit just decided it's him bc he does pranks, so daft."

Another said: "I'm p***ed that Niko hasn't had time to shine , he would've been amazing. What a waste of a sick cast."
"Niko being voted out has really annoyed me," someone else added.
One fan complained: "The way I lost all interest the second Niko was voted out should be studied."
Another echoed: "Niko gone? Yh end the season now."
Just hours later, it was revealed that the second celebrity murdered would be Tom Daley, leaving the other stars "flabbergasted".
A "furious" Clare admitted she was "bereft" while Charlotte confessed, "I'm gutted."
"He won gold for this country, that wasn't enough?" Claudia meanwhile quipped.
Discovering he'd been murdered, Tom said: "Well that didn't take long, did it?"
He continued: "I am gutted to be leaving the game, I think I was murdered because I think people see me as a threat and I think they might think I'll weasel them out eventually.
"Now I guess I've got to do one final dive into my grave."

One fan fumed: "Right so Niko and Tom both gone in the first 10 minutes of the episode, WHAT'S EVEN THE POINT."
Another wrote: "Tom! He's given us the side eye of the year, then he's murdered! What are gonna do now?!"
A third said: "they're getting rid of all my faves so quick wtf!!!! paloma, niko and tom i'm gonna cry."
