MUMBAI: Perfios has acquired IHX, a healthcare information exchange platform. The acquisition will bring together Perfios' data insights with IHX's ecosystem reach to grow the claims landscape in the health insurance sector.
IHX serves as a link between healthcare providers and payers, enabling seamless digital integration across the industry. The company currently processes over 40% of all cashless health insurance claims in India, representing over 10 million transactions and $1 billion claims annually.
“By combining IHX’s stronghold in the healthcare ecosystem with Perfios’ deep expertise in data intelligence and analytics, we are poised to drive greater efficiency, reduce claims turnaround time, and elevate the experience for both patients and healthcare providers,” said Sabyasachi Goswami, CEO at Perfios.
The acquisition of IHX follows Perfios' recent strategic acquisitions of two companies, Clari5 and CreditNirvana, expanding their offerings in banking financial crime management, as well as in collections and debt management space respectively.
