Actress Charu Asopa, who is currently busy setting up her new villa, recently opened up about her growing fears following the devastating Pahalgam terror attack. While sharing her plans for upcoming work commitments and home shopping in her latest vlog, Charu candidly expressed her anxiety about traveling in the current atmosphere.
Speaking about her work trip to Delhi, Charu shared, "I am going to Delhi for a shoot. I could have come back, but there’s no flight back. I will be back the next day. Ziana is with her grandparents. I didn’t feel like leaving but work calls." She added that being away from her daughter Ziana was difficult, but knowing she was with family gave her some peace of mind.
However, the recent attack has left her deeply unsettled. "After whatever happened in Pahalgam, mujhe bahar jaane me bahut ghabrahat hoti hai. Ye jo hadsa hua hai, flight pakad ke kahin pe jaana, chhutti manan toh bhul hi jao, kaam ke liye bhi kahin bahar jaane me ghabrahat ho rahi hai," Charu said emotionally. She urged for swift action, stating, "I hope some action is taken quickly and the terrorists should face similar punishment, what they did to us. The people who were left behind, after seeing their loved ones get killed, it must be so difficult for them."
On a lighter note, Charu also shared updates on her home shopping spree for her new house in Bikaner. She said, “I have to buy a lot of electronic products. I will put carpet on the floor so I will need a vacuum cleaner. I bought an ac. I am making a play area for Ziana, so I plan to put the ac the there. I found a very good fridge but it is quite expensive. I will buy a few things less to save expenses to buy the required items. I have to cut down on expenses. I also have to get geysers for Ziana and my bathrooms.”
